Ten RMIT researchers have been awarded prizes at the 2008 Teaching and Research Awards, hosted Vice-Chancellor Professor Margaret Gardner in recognition of their achievement of excellence in Research.

Research Discussion - December 2008
'Research Discussions' are an opportunity for the research community (both staff and postgraduate research students) to hear the latest news on research at RMIT. On the 11th of December, 2008 the RMIT research community was addressed by Pro Vice-Chancellor Daine Alcorn. Professor Alcorn presented an overview of strategic and operational goals for 2009.
